Terms of Service

2.1 Acceptance

By creating an account or using TrackMyTV you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.

2.3 Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2.4 Plans and payments

• Free plan – track up to 3 shows at no cost.
• Paid plan – track unlimited shows for the subscription fee shown at checkout. Charges recur annually until canceled.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe under its terms.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds unless required by law.

2.5 License and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use TrackMyTV for personal, non-commercial purposes. TrackMyTV, its code, design, and trademarks belong to Tiny Biz Labs, LLC and our licensors.

2.6 User content and feedback

If you submit feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it. You represent that any content you upload is lawful and does not infringe others' rights.

2.7 Acceptable use

You will not:

• scrape or reverse-engineer the service,
• circumvent plan limits,
• transmit malware or unsolicited messages,
• interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.

2.8 Email notifications disclaimer

Episode-release times are sourced from third-party APIs and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that notifications will be delivered on time or at all.

2.9 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time.

2.10 Disclaimer of warranties

TrackMyTV is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

2.11 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Biz Labs, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any amount exceeding the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

2.12 Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.

2.13 Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in NC under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive class-action rights.

2.14 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 15 days' notice by email or in-app message. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
