Privacy Policy

1.1 Who we are

TrackMyTV is an online service that tracks television shows and emails users when new episodes are released. The service is provided by Tiny Biz Labs, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our").

1.2 Information we collect

• Account data – email address, password (hashed), display name if supplied
• Service data – shows you follow, watch history you enter, email notification preferences
• Payment data – billing address and last four digits of card, collected and stored by our processor (Stripe)
• Usage data – log files, IP address, device type, referral URL, cookie identifiers
• Communications – support emails or other messages you send us

1.3 How we use information

• Operate, maintain, and improve the TrackMyTV platform
• Send release-date emails and important service notices
• Process payments for subscriptions beyond the free 3-show plan
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud or security issues
• Comply with legal obligations

1.4 Legal bases for EU / UK users

We process personal data on one or more of these bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (service analytics, fraud prevention), consent (marketing emails), and legal obligation.

1.5 Sharing of information

• Service providers – hosting (Replit), email delivery (Mailgun), payment processing (Stripe)
• Legal or safety reasons – if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety
• Business transfers – as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale with notice to you

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

1.6 Retention

We keep data while you have an account and delete or anonymize it within 30 days of account closure, except data we must retain for legal, tax, or security purposes.

1.7 Your rights

Depending on where you live you can: access, correct, delete, or export your data; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Email hello@tinybizlabs.com to exercise these rights.

1.8 Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords at rest, least-privilege access controls, and periodic security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100 percent secure.

1.9 Children

TrackMyTV is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Parents who believe a child has provided personal data may contact us for deletion.

1.10 International transfers

We are based in the United States. By using TrackMyTV you consent to transferring your data to the U.S. and other countries that may have different privacy laws.

1.11 Changes to this policy

We will post any changes here and update the "Last Modified" date. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 15 days in advance.
